1986 Land Rover Defender 110
This particular Land Rover Defender 110 was sourced from a small town in Belgium and imported through Charleston, NC. It was in a poor physical and mechanical condition.
But the car was complete so we took on the challenge. The exterior was redone with the current Land Rover Defender Puma styling which included new Hood, grille, doors, door handles, running rails, and functional snorkel.
Redoing the interior was a must. Proper Defender Ex-Moor seat and center console was installed en lieu of the original bench seating. Updating the brakes, driveshaft, turbo, injection system, intake and an entirely new transmission was necessary for the high speeds and off-road capability we wanted to achieve.
