1957 Chevrolet 3800 Right-Hand-Drive 4X4
Originally a Left Hand Driver from America, this Chevrolet 3800 4×4 was exported and painstakingly converted to Right Hand Drive. It has stayed in the Namibian desert since, the dry climate keeping this truck devoid of any rust or cancer. This makes it ideal for the English, African, Australian, Caribbean, and Asian markets.
The 327 V8 has freshly been rebuilt and has not been even driven less than 100 kilometers. To deal with the hot desert air, twin thermo fans have been fitted on a brand new billeted-aluminum radiator. An Electronic ignition has been installed in place of the original which was prone to maintenance. A new stainless steel exhaust and stainless fuel tank have also been fitted.
This Chevrolet 3800 sits on a lifted frame, and is off road ready with its 4×4 drive. It has a brand new red leather interior with a Dakota digital gauge cluster, and a Hurst Competition shifter. This even has its original side step fenders.
